Makes a scrumptious topping for ice cream or yogurt and can be mixed in any batter to add flavour to cakes, muffins, or cookies. Use as a filling for cookies or to layer a fruit trifle.
Whisk a spoonful of our Strawberry Jam with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil, add salt and pepper and use as a salad dressing. Try it on a spinach and fresh strawberry salad topped with feta cheese - yum! 250ml.
