Traditional Irish marmalade made with oranges, lemons, ginger, and Jameson's Irish Whiskey. Wake up your taste buds with this 'marmalade with a kick'! We remove the bitter pith (white stuff) from the skins of the lemons and oranges so that we can reduce the sugar to make this an unbelievably good spread. We introduced this marmalade for St. Patrick's Day but due to popular demand, I'll be making it for a while. If you think you don't like marmalade, Try This!!!
