Almost everyone's grandmother had a gooseberry bush in their yard. Now we have our own! These tart, grape-size berries make a delicious sweet and tart jam that can be used on almost anything. Even though the berries start off a light green color, the longer they cook, the pinker the jam gets. Use on toast, baked goods, or cheeseboards. This tangy fruit jam can also be used to flavour sodas, water, or cocktails.
