Easy to eat right out of the jar but they can be used so many ways. So delicious with a little feta cheese sprinkled on top, chopped up to use in a salad, layered with slices of hard boiled eggs, use in a sandwich in place of pickles or in your favourite wrap
Zone 6 Tip: layer a platter alternating beet slices and slices of hard boiled eggs and slices of bocconcini cheese, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle feta cheese all over.
