We use fresh whole blood oranges in this amazing marmalade. Ever had a blood orange? Tastes like an orange with a cherry flavor - which makes for a delicious marmalade. Use on toast, scones, cheese and crackers, or try on baked Brie. Can also be used as a glaze for meats.
Zone 6 Tip: Use it in a grilled cheese sandwich. Really! Try it.
What makes our marmalade's so delicious? The skins and segments are very sweet, the pith is very bitter, so we remove the pith so less sugar is needed resulting in a burst of citrus flavour.
