Picked ripe and plump from our own bushes. These berries have a tangy flavour which compliments a variety of meats. Can be added to stews or casseroles. Adds a punch to cheese and crackers. Try whisking a spoon of this jelly with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil for a refreshing salad dressing.
Always good on toast, amazing on a grilled cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
