Made with fresh blackberries picked from our own bushes. Sweet and juicy, this jam makes any piece of toast or biscuit taste fantastic. We remove 3/4 of the seeds to make this a smoother jam than the typical "seed crunch" jams you find elsewhere. Blackberries are naturally high in pectin, so very little sugar is added.
Treat yourself by using this jam to top yogurt or ice cream, or whisk in some grape juice or brandy and pour over a pound cake , cheese cake or pancakes.
