Fresh rhubarb from our own garden and a local farm is cooked down to a perfectly smooth texture. This sweet, tart, old fashioned jam is delicious on cheese and crackers, or on melted Brie. The slight tartness makes it a perfect jam to compliment sweets. Can be used in muffin batter, a cookie bar with a shortbread crust and crumbly topping, cakes, or a fruit tart. A delicious topper for ice cream or cheesecake as well. Compliments any meats especially as a glaze for grilled chicken.
