Fill a pot with 12 cups of water, let it come to a boil, add contents of the sachet, stir, and let simmer for approximately 45 minutes. This soup takes the longest to cook out of our 3 soups because of the split peas, but it's so worth it.
Makes 8 generous bowls of soup. A great addition to any pantry for healthy, super-easy meals.
