
We use Unsweetened Apple Juice and fresh cut up jalapeno peppers to make this sweet jelly with a little heat. This is a perfect jelly to use on cheese and crackers, or add a little to a stir fry. Slather some on a buttermilk biscuit or a slice of cornbread.
Goes well as a topping to any meat, or to replace relish on burgers or sausages.
Try using on a grilled cheese sandwich or to mix in scrambled eggs.
